Outstanding Interior and Exterior
Surely, you will be amazed by this family home on the ocean coast and surrounded by beautiful landscape.
Large wooden deck on the front door with manicured gardens. Many seating areas invite you to relax and rest.
Mix of architectural styles and elements from concrete structures to wooden frames.
Huge floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides that allow you to enjoy a wonderful ocean view.
Large rooms, some of them with high ceiling. Futuristic furniture and decorating elements.
Large ceramic tile floorings throughout.
You will see in the video an amazing seating area, beautifully furnished and decorated with cathedral ceiling and large floor-to-ceiling windows that let you enjoy a beautiful outside scenery.
From outside you can see that the whole house is built on a high metal-concrete structure and has a symmetrical layout with a rectangular concrete section in the middle and two wooden frame wings.
Living Area and Bedrooms
Large living room with white walls, floor-to-ceiling windows and again the ceramic tile flooring.
Solid furniture, sofa, two armchairs, and four large and comfy chairs. Everything is placed around a large glass-top coffee table.

You do not know to see first. A wooden deck is wrapped around the house. You will find there many seating areas and even an outdoor dining area.
Not too far from the home, among the lush vegetation is a modern seating area with a firepit in the middle.
