First: look at your living room with new eyes
You don’t need to buy everything new when it comes to re-decorate your living room. You may love your comfy sofa that you have several many years, and you don’t feel that is necessary to replace it.
Also, you may something with sentimental value that you may have inherited or received, and you want to keep them.
But what are you going to do with the trendy decorative accessories that may have been bought later? Will they to fit in the overall living room décor?
Therefore, it is a good idea to start by looking at your living room with completely new eyes. Start to evaluate its potential. You need to decide what you want to keep and what do you want to change.
Choose just one color palette
It is quite difficult to create a beautiful whole if you have objects, furniture, or decorative accessories, in many different colors. It is a good idea to choose the objects just in one color palette, no matter if they are natural colors, neutrals, pastels, vivid colors or whatever you like more.
Just stick to one color palette.
Remove all the clutter
Most of us have our living room space full of objects. In other words, a cluttered living room space. Our stuff is everywhere: under the coffee table, on the coffee table such as magazines, old newspapers, TV remotes, etc. In fact, the coffee table and the side table always tend to fill up with small things.
Are easy to avoid these bad habit things. Creating good storage solutions and having a good routine are the main solutions. These two main factors need to be combined.
For example, you can have a wooden or rattan box for your newspapers and magazines where to put them there after reading them.
You can also have a nice basket for the blankets and throws. A cupboard or a box for small things it would be another smart idea to avoid mess and clutter.
