Let’s see several basic rules of Scandinavian design. You will discover many examples in this sense in our video.

Catch as much light as possible
A Scandinavian home interior is bathed in a lot of light, especially natural light.
So, in order to furnish and decorate your home interior in a Scandinavian style, you need to rely on a large variety of sources such as large windows, lots of lamps, light fixtures, candles, lanterns, and indirect lighting such as glossy, shinning surfaces.
Using white, neutrals, and bright colors
Light colors such as glossy white reflect the light making the living space to look bigger than it really is.
Therefore, cream color, light grey, white, are perfect for a Scandinavian style home interior.
