The inside of an apartment and its design might bring a lot of issues, such as how to create a trendy interior in an apartment or how to plan a great and functional interior and many more.

The primary rule of interior design and clothes is to always ask yourself “why?” and “to whom?” about every element. Any object in the apartment’s interior should serve a purpose, have a pleasing aesthetic appeal, and be useful. The most important thing is harmony – this is something to keep in mind when starting to design an apartment decor.

And today we’ll give a few suggestions that may appear trivial at first sight but are actually quite important. 1. GET INSPIRATION FROM NATURE

Use natural shapes and color combinations. Wood texture or floral motifs will never go out of style and will assist in brightening up the interior.

2. CHOOSE 3 DOMINANT COLORS

If you want to create a multi-colored interior, you only need to choose three hues. Gray (many shades available) + white + black (minimum) + natural wood (2 near hues available) is a tried-and-true combination. When designing an interior for a tiny flat, stick to the two- or three-color rule. Small color elements (for example, vases, ornamental couches) will also assist to keep the interior from becoming monotonous.

3. DON’T GIVE UP BLACK

Contrary to popular thinking, black may and should be used on occasion. Small black elements, such as cornices, picture frames, or other interior details, will bring contrast and dimension to the room, according to the designers. You can acquire a pretty fashionable alternative for the inside of the apartment by applying this color strategically and functionally.

4. DON’T SAVE FOR SOMETHING THAT WILL LAST YOU A LONG TIME

And here’s a list of items you should never save money on floors, tiles, kitchens, and plumbing. This list is crucial because it will all be used consistently day in and day out. A fashionable apartment design will become a major annoyance if you use low-quality materials or plumbing. Everything else that hasn’t been specified can be repainted or replaced.

5. LIGHT, LIGHT AND LIGHT AGAIN

Many people believe that painting a room white will make it brighter. Unfortunately, this isn’t always the case. Whether it is the inside of a tiny apartment or the interior of a large apartment, well-thought-out lighting is essential. Try multi-level lighting (for example, ceiling-mounted lights with selected interior details lighted from below, which looks great with 3D wall decorations). Don’t bother with the multi-colored LED background lights… Consider adding a few shut-off switches so you don’t have to get out of bed to turn off the light, for example. Don’t forget about the rosettes; there aren’t a lot of them.

6. DON’T SKIMP ON LIVING ROOM FURNITURE

You can’t have a living room without a comfy sofa, so choose practical and high-quality models: they’ll be in charge of your rest. In the living room, the sofa is not the sole piece of furniture. Consider armchairs that may also be utilized to relax and have a cup of coffee. Armchairs are not only comfortable places to sit with a cup of coffee; they can also successfully diversify the interior of an apartment. Choose original and out-of-the-box versions that will also spice up the inside of your flat.

7. FUNCTIONALITY

The basic purpose of any interior design, according to designers, is to create a functioning environment. As a result, the dining table should be sliding, and the sofa should have a sleeping section. In this example, you can eat dinner with friends in a tiny apartment while also accommodating overnight guests.

8. DO NOT OVERLOAD THE INTERIOR

Make sure you’re comfortable at home and that the space isn’t cluttered with unneeded items or furniture. In other words, ensure that the interior does not “burden” you, but rather offers you a sense of lightness.

Many ornamental things, such as placing 1-2 figures, might detract from the overall picture and give the impression of disarray. In most designs, 3-4 fashionable décor components are sufficient to provide beauty and uniqueness to the room.
